Over the years we have seen people in our industry do stupid things that cost untold (client) sums. Clients do not know before hand that they are about to step on a landmine and blow up their business by taking bad advise. And no one ever talks about it after the fact when they do.
So we thought it would be a good idea to document some of those here.
